CCPOA Memorandum of Understanding means the current “Agreement Between State of California and California Correctional Peace Officers Association Covering Bargaining Unit 6 Corrections” as negotiated by the California DPA and CCPOA.
Memorandum of Understanding means the memorandum of understanding between the Funder and the Ministry in effect from time to time in accordance with the Management Board of Cabinet “Agencies and Appointments Directive”. Ministry means, as the context requires, the Minister or the Ministry of Health or such other ministry as may be designated in accordance with Applicable Law as the ministry responsible in relation to the relevant matter or the Minister of that ministry, as the context requires.
Procedures Memorandum means the Operating and Administrative Procedures Memorandum as amended or varied from time to time (in respect of any Tranche) by agreement between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer or Lead Manager with the approval in writing of the Agent;
Letter of Understanding means the written agreement signed by the School District and the Architectural Designer that describes, attaches, incorporates, or explains the Scope or Scope of Work, the Task Order, the Project Schedule or Work Schedule, the basis of the applicable Fee method, and other requirements for individual Projects assigned by the School District.
Memorandum of Agreement means the agreement executed by and between FFA and the Institution in which these Conditions have been incorporated by reference;
Handover Memorandum shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 8.2;
Restructuring Transactions Memorandum means a document, to be included in the Plan Supplement, that sets forth the material components of the Restructuring Transactions and a description of the steps to be carried out to effectuate the Restructuring Transactions in accordance with the Plan, including the reorganization of the Debtors and issuance of the New Valaris Equity, through the Chapter 11 Cases, the Plan, or any Implementation Mechanism (including, in the United Kingdom, through the Administration).
Process Memorandum means this document including all the appendices hereto, for the purposes of setting out the process for submission of a bid and selection of successful bid in accordance with the provisions of the IBC and shall include all supplements, modifications, amendments, alterations or clarifications there to issue in accordance with the terms hereof.
Nondisclosure Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 11.07.
Continuing Disclosure Agreement means the Continuing Disclosure Agreement, as it may be modified from the form on file with the Clerk of Council and signed by the Mayor and the Fiscal Officer in accordance with Section 6, which shall constitute the continuing disclosure agreement made by the City for the benefit of holders and beneficial owners of the Bonds in accordance with the Rule.
Memorandum of Association means the memorandum of association of the Company, as amended or substituted from time to time;
Implementation Agreement means the Implementation Agreement dated ……… by and between the GOB, PGCB and the Company in connection with the Project, and also includes any amendment of it made from time to time;
Hire Agreement means every agreement between Access and the Hirer for the hire of Equipment (whether signed or not) including a Hire Docket, all of which will be deemed to include:
Interlocal Agreement means an agreement entered into under this act.
Training Agreement means an agreement registered under the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1985.
Tripartite Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital VI of this Agreement;
Shareholder Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Charter Agreement means an agreement made in accordance with Section 53G-5-303 that authorizes the operation of a charter school.
Term Sheet means any term sheet that satisfies the requirements of Rule 434 under the Act. Any reference herein to the "date" of a Prospectus that includes a Term Sheet shall mean the date of such Term Sheet.
Sponsor Letter Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
international agreement means the Multilateral Convention for Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters, any bilateral or multilateral Tax Convention, or any Tax Information Exchange Agreement to which the Member State is a party, and that by its terms provides legal authority for the exchange of tax information between jurisdictions, including automatic exchange of such information.
Cooperation Agreement means that certain Mortgage Loan Cooperation Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among Borrower, Lender and Sponsor, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance herewith.
Restructuring Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Side Agreement means the Side Agreement for Transfer Agency Services between the Customer and Transfer Agent dated as of January 1, 2015.
Letter of Intent means the intimation by a letter / email / fax to the bidder that the tender has been accepted in accordance with provision contained in that letter. The responsibility of the contractor commences from the date of issue of this letter and all the terms and conditions of contract are applicable from this date.
Risk Disclosure Statement means the document setting out general information in respect of the risks associated with utilising our financial products;
Reciprocal agreement means an agreement between this state and a higher education compact or 1 or more other states that allows participating colleges to provide distance education to residents of this state and other member states under this act.
