Examples of Ceased Services in a sentence

  • If Athena requires that the Ceased Services be transitioned to a third party, as a pre-condition to such assistance, Athena will ensure that such third party signs a confidentiality agreement with the AHS Entities that requires such third party to protect the AHS Entities’ confidential information with confidentiality terms no less stringent than those set forth herein.
