CEC Certified definition

CEC Certified means that the CEC has certified that the Facility is an eligible renewable energy resource in accordance with California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12(e) and the guidelines adopted by the CEC, as amended from time to time, and any successor statute.
CEC Certified means that the CEC has certified that the Facility is an eligible renewable energy resource in accordance with RPS Law.
CEC Certified means that the CEC has certified that the Facility or Resource is an eligible renewable energy resource in accordance with Public Utilities Code Section 399.12(e) and the most recent guidelines (including the CEC RPS Eligibility Guidebook) adopted by the CEC.

  • Notwithstanding Section 7.7(a), if a Change in Law occurs that causes the Facility to cease to be CEC Certified, RPS Compliant, EPS Compliant, or SB 859 Compliant, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with such Change in Law, and cause the Facility to be CEC Certified, RPS Compliant, EPS Compliant, and SB 859 Compliant.

More Definitions of CEC Certified

CEC Certified means that the CEC has certified (or, with respect to periods before the date that is one hundred eighty (180) days following the Commercial Operation Date, that the CEC has pre-certified) that the PV System is an eligible renewable energy resource in accordance with RPS Law.
CEC Certified or “CEC Certification” means that the CEC has certified that the Facility or, as applicable, any facility listed on Appendix G for the procurement of Replacement Energy, is an eligible renewable energy resource in accordance with Section 399.12(e) of the Public Utilities Code and the guidelines adopted by the CEC relating thereto.
