Eligibility Guidebook definition

Eligibility Guidebook means the CEC’s Renewables Portfolio Standard – Eligibility Guidebook (Seventh Edition, California Energy Commission, Efficiency and Renewable Energy Division, Publication Number: CEC-300-2013-005-EDF-CMF-REV), as amended from time to time, or its successor publication.

  • Seller shall take all necessary steps including, but not limited to, making or supporting timely filings with the CEC to obtain and maintain CEC Certification and Verification for the Facility throughout the Delivery Term, including compliance with all applicable requirements for certified facilities set forth in the current version of the RPS Eligibility Guidebook (or its successor).

  • The Parties acknowledge that the CEC and/or CPUC may be modifying mandatory contract language, altering the procurement and product qualification rules, and updating the relevant RPS Eligibility Guidebook in a manner consistent with that legislation.

Related to Eligibility Guidebook

  • Trading Policy means the Company’s policy permitting certain individuals to sell Company shares only during certain “window” periods and/or otherwise restricts the ability of certain individuals to transfer or encumber Company shares, as in effect from time to time.

  • Eligibility and selection criteria means criteria for determining:

  • Texas Grant Management Standards or “TxGMS” means uniform grant and contract administration procedures, developed under the authority of Chapter 783 of the Texas Government Code, to promote the efficient use of public funds in local government and in programs requiring cooperation among local, state, and federal agencies. Under this Grant Agreement, TxGMS applies to Grantee except as otherwise provided by applicable law or directed by System Agency. Additionally, except as otherwise provided by applicable law, in the event of a conflict between TxGMS and applicable federal or state law, federal law prevails over state law and state law prevails over TxGMS.

  • Insider Trading Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the purchase, sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by Directors, Officers, Employees or other service providers who may possess material, nonpublic information regarding the Company or its securities.

  • Federal poverty guidelines means the poverty guidelines published annually in the federal register by the United States department of health and human services under its authority to revise the poverty line under section 673(2) of subtitle B of title VI of the omnibus budget reconciliation act of 1981, 42 USC 9902.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • COGE Handbook means the Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation Handbook prepared jointly by The Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (Calgary Chapter) and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum (Petroleum Society), as amended from time to time.

  • Managed care plan means a health benefit plan that either requires a covered person to use, or

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • Code of Ethics means a statement encompassing the set of rules based on values and the standards of conduct to which suppliers are expected to conform

  • Trading Plan The meaning specified in Section 12.2(c).

  • Eligibility Waiting Period means the continuous length of time you must be in Active Employment in an eligible class to reach your Eligibility Date.

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Benchmarks Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on indices used as benchmarks in financial instruments and financial contracts or to measure the performance of investment funds and amending Directives 2008/48/EC and 2014/17/EU and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014;

  • Open enrollment means a period of time as defined in rule

  • Performance Standards or “PS” shall mean the cleanup levels and other measures of achievement of the remedial action objectives, as set forth in the ROD.

  • House Rules means written and posted rules governing house activities in the AFH-DD. These rules may not conflict with the AFH Bill of Rights.

  • Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.
