Examples of Central or Shared Functions in a sentence

  • If Buyer is unable to obtain such regulatory approvals prior to Closing, at the written request of Buyer made not fewer than 90 days prior to Closing, Seller agrees to provide those Central or Shared Functions requested by Buyer, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Transitional Services Agreement from and after the Effective Time until such regulatory approvals are obtained, but in any event for a period no greater than six months after the Effective Time.
