CEP definition

CEP. (7) means "Circular Error Probable" - In a circular normal distribution, the radius of the circle containing 50% of the individual measurements being made, or the radius of the circle within which there is a 50% probability of being located.
CEP means the Certificate of Eligible Procurement necessary for the Principal and the End-User to authorise purchase of the Goods.

CEP has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Award Agreement.
CEP means a temporary or permanent central energy plant for the generation of Thermal Energy, and including any or all of the following: natural gas boilers, heat recovery equipment and all associated mechanical and electrical interconnections, control systems and structures.
