  • This Note shall not be valid or become obligatory for any purpose or be entitled to any security or benefit under the hereinafter defined Note Resolution until the Certificate of Authentication and Registration hereon shall have been lawfully executed by the Note Registrar.

  • Certificate of Authentication The meaning specified in Section 2.1.
