Certificate of Filing definition

Certificate of Filing means the disclosure acknowledgement issued by the Texas Ethics Commission to the filing Business Entity.
Certificate of Filing means the document issued by the executive officer that confirms an application for a change of organization or reorganization has met submission requirements and is accepted for filing.
Certificate of Filing means the certificate issued to a workers’ compensation self-insured group to indicate that it has complied with the provisions of this subtitle which are prerequisites to its operation.
