Certificate of Verification definition

Certificate of Verification means the certificate issued by the Department pursuant to Section VI.C of this Agreement which authorizes the award of the Credit to the Company for a Taxable Year as contemplated by Section 5-55 of the Act and Section 527.90 of the Rules.
