Certificate Principal Distribution Amount. For each Distribution Date with respect to a Trust, the aggregate of the principal payments for all Mortgage Loans included in the related Pool (or for which payment has been received as provided in Section 2.7) for which the Stated Principal Balance has not been reduced to zero, consisting, without duplication, of:
Certificate Principal Distribution Amount shall not cause a further reduction in the Class A-P Class Principal Balance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the amount paid on any Distribution Date in respect of Discount Fractional Principal Shortfalls will be applied to reduce the Class Principal Balances of the Subordinate Certificates in inverse order of seniority. Certificate Principal Distribution Amount shall not cause a further reduction in the Component 1A-P-1 Component Principal Balance, Component 1A-P-2 Component Principal Balance, Component 2A-P-1 Component Principal Balance or Component 2A-P-2 Component Principal Balance, respectively. The Component Principal Balance for Component IM-1 shall be referred to as the "Component IM-1 Principal Balance", the Component Principal Balance for Component IM-2 shall be referred to as the "Component IM-2 Principal Balance" and so on.   • For each Distribution Date with respect to a Trust, the sum of the Certificate Interest Distribution Amount (determined without giving effect to any Loss Mitigation Alternative or other loan modification) and the Certificate Principal Distribution Amount for that Trust.

  • For each Distribution Date with respect to a Trust, the sum of the Certificate Interest Distribution Amount and the Certificate Principal Distribution Amount for that Trust.

  • Payment of the Certificate Principal Distribution Amount will be made in accordance with the terms of the Declaration of Trust.

  • Class Principal Distribution Amount As to each RCR Class, an amount as to principal equal to (i) the concurrent distribution of principal in respect of the related REMIC Class or Classes multiplied by (ii) a fraction the numerator of which is the Aggregate Denomination of such RCR Class and the denominator of which is the Initial Authorized Denomination of such RCR Class.
