Certificateholder Reports means, collectively, the Distribution Date Statement, the Mortgage Pool Data Update Report, the Loan Payoff Notification Report, the CMSA Investor Reporting Package and any reports comparable to the foregoing with respect to an Outside Serviced Trust Mortgage Loan or any related REO Property that are deliverable to the Trustee (or to the Master Servicer on behalf of the Trustee), as holder of the Mortgage Note for such Outside Serviced Trust Mortgage Loan.
