Certification Policy definition

Certification Policy or “CP”: means the series of rules and exigencies, identified by a name (OID), defining the standards with which ChamberSign France complies in relation to these terms and indicating the applicability of a Certificate to a particular community and/or to a class of applications with shared security standards;
Certification Policy means the policy issued by us from time to time, which contains, amongst other things, the policies, procedures and instructions for administration of certification.
Certification Policy or "CP" refers to all of the rules followed by the CA for the implementation of the Certification Service.  "Timestamp Policy" or "TP" refers to all of the rules followed by the Timestamp Authority for the implementation of the Timestamp Service.  "Information Service" or "Service" refers to all the services and software solutions which the UTN undertakes to provide to the Relaying Party in the context of this Agreement.

Certification Policy means EcoDistricts’ interpretation, waiver and appeals policies pertaining to the Certification Process, as the same may be amended from time to time in EcoDistrict’s sole discretion pursuant to Section 2.2.1 below; as of the Effective Date, the currently- effective Certification Policy version is described on Exhibit A.

Related to Certification Policy

  • Collection Policy means the collection policies of the initial servicer in effect on the Closing Date, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Servicing Standard.
