Tutor definition

Tutor means any individual or independent entity that has been activated on the Company’s system in order to use the Products and/or Services in the performance of private tutor services to Learners;
Tutor means any person who is authorized to act under letters of tutorship granted or signed and sealed by a Master, or under an endorsement made under section seventy-two.

Tutor means a person who develops and teaches their own curriculum. A “tutor” does not include a person who teaches a curriculum created by a public school or who contracts with a public school through a referral company for purposes of teaching students of a public school.
