Change Authorisation definition

Change Authorisation means a notice issued by TfL in accordance with schedule 9 (Change Control Request Procedure and Changes) authorising the Service Provider to proceed with a Change;
Change Authorisation means a document created by the Service Provider detailing proposed changes to the Statement of Work and the effect they will have on the Services, the Charges, the timetable for the Services and any other terms of the Statement of Work.

Examples of Change Authorisation in a sentence

  • If the Purchaser approves the proposed Contract Change pursuant to paragraph 5.1 and it has not been rejected by the Service Provider in accordance with paragraph 6, then it shall inform the Service Provider and the Service Provider shall prepare two (2) copies of a Change Authorisation Note which it shall sign and deliver to the Purchaser for its signature.

  • If the Purchaser does not sign the Change Authorisation Note within this time period, then the Service Provider shall have the right to notify the Purchaser and if the Purchaser does not sign the Change Authorisation Note within five (5) Working Days of the date of such notification, then the Service Provider may refer the matter to the dispute resolution procedure outlined in clause 61 (Dispute Resolution).

  • Following receipt by the Purchaser of the Change Authorisation Note, and subject always to paragraph 9, it shall sign both copies and return one copy to the Service Provider.

  • On the Purchaser's signature, the Change Authorisation Note shall constitute a binding variation to this Contract provided that the Change Authorisation Note is signed by: the appropriate person(s) specified in paragraph 9.1 of this Schedule; and the Purchaser within ten (10) Working Days of receiving the Service Provider's signed copy.

  • Any proposed Contract Change processed in accordance with this Schedule will not be authorised and the Service Provider shall not implement any proposed Contract Change until the Change Authorisation Note is signed and executed by the Purchaser’s authorised representative in accordance with the Purchaser's Contract Change authorisation and sign off procedure(s), as notified to the Service Provider in writing from time to time.

  • Following receipt by the Authority of the Change Authorisation Note, it shall sign both copies and return one copy to the Contractor.

  • The Contractor will ensure that all Contract Changes and Operational Changes do not have an adverse effect on or change the Design and Build or the Services except to the extent specifically approved by the LFC in a Change Authorisation Agreement.

  • In the event that a future requirement arises which means that the contractor will need to come into possession of either transactional data and / or industry registration data, then this clause 28.1 would become applicable once an appropriate Change Authorisation Note has been agreed between the parties for the requirement concerned.

  • Without limiting or affecting its obligations under this Schedule 2.7 (NBPco Requirements) and elsewhere in this Agreement, NBPco shall adhere to and implement the above provisions of the NBPco Solution at all times during the Contract Period (subject to any appropriate Change Authorisation).

More Definitions of Change Authorisation

Change Authorisation means a document in the form set out in Appendix C of Annex B (Change Management Process) to this Booklet 1 (Conditions of Contract) which complies with the requirements for such document set out in that Annex.

Related to Change Authorisation

  • Required Authorisation means any authorisation, consent, declaration, licence, permit, exemption, approval or other document, whether imposed by or arising in connection with any law, regulation, custom, contract, security or otherwise howsoever which must be obtained at any time from any person, Government Entity, central bank or other self-regulating or supra-national authority in order to enable the Borrowers lawfully to borrow the loan or draw any Advance and/or to enable any Security Party lawfully and continuously to continue its corporate existence and/or perform all its obligations whatsoever whensoever arising and/or grant security under the relevant Security Documents and/or to ensure the continuous validity and enforceability thereof;

  • Authorisation means an authorisation, consent, approval, resolution, licence, exemption, filing, notarisation or registration.

  • Authorisations means any consent, registration, filing, notarisation, licence, approval, permit, authority or exemption from, by or with any Governmental Authority and all corporate, creditors’, shareholders’ and third-party approvals or consents;

  • Safety Authorisation and “deemed Safety Authorisation” have the meanings given to “safety authorisation” and “deemed safety authorisation” by the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;

  • Marketing Authorisation means, with respect to a country, region or other jurisdiction in the Territory, any and all approvals (including Drug Approval Applications), licenses, registrations, or authorisations of any Regulatory Authority necessary to commercially distribute, sell, or market Product in such country or other jurisdiction, including, where applicable, (a) pre- and post-approval regulatory approvals (including any prerequisite manufacturing approval or authorisation related thereto), and (b) approval of Product labelling.

  • Work Authorization or “WA” means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, xxxx of lading, or other Buyer designated document). A SOW is a WA only if designated as such in writing by Buyer.

  • Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.

  • Required Governmental Approvals means the Company Required Governmental Approvals and the Parent Required Governmental Approvals.

  • Service Authorization means that Open Ecosystem Partner needs to meet specific qualification requirements for the products included in a “Service” Product Family that Open Ecosystem Partner wants to promote and offer Services for as set out in detail in the Open Ecosystem Program Guide.

  • Sell Authorization means that Distributor needs to meet specific training and qualification requirements for each product included in an “On Premise” Product Family that Distributor wants to resell as set out in detail in the Distributor Program Guide and the applicable RSPI.

  • Required Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.

  • Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;

  • Necessary preconstruction approvals or permits means those permits or approvals required under federal air quality control laws and regulations and those air quality control laws and regulations which are part of the applicable State Implementation Plan.

  • Private Authorizations means all franchises, permits, licenses, approvals, consents and other authorizations of all Persons (other than Governmental Authorities).

  • Contractual Requirement shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.3.

  • Governmental Authorization means any permit, license, authorization, plan, directive, consent order or consent decree of or from any Governmental Authority.

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.

  • Conditional approval means a time-limited status that results when an approved nursing education program has failed to maintain requirements as set forth in this chapter.

  • class licence means a licence, as distinct from an individual licence, issued on the same terms to each applicant of a category of users in respect of the operation of a type of telecommunications network or telecommunications service;

  • Environmental Approval means any present or future permit, ruling, variance or other Authorisation required under Environmental Laws.

  • Necessary Authorizations means all approvals and licenses from, and all filings and registrations with, any governmental or other regulatory authority, including, without limiting the foregoing, the Licenses and all approvals, licenses, filings and registrations under the Communications Act, necessary in order to enable the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to own, construct, maintain, and operate communications tower facilities and to invest in other Persons who own, construct, maintain, manage and operate communications tower facilities.

  • Governmental Approval is any consent, authorization, approval, order, license, franchise, permit, certificate, accreditation, registration, filing or notice, of, issued by, from or to, or other act by or in respect of, any Governmental Authority.

  • Environmental Authorization Any license, permit, order, approval, consent, notice, registration, filing or other form of permission or authorization required under any Environmental Law.

  • Parent Material Contract shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.16(a).

  • Environmental Approvals means any permit, license, approval, ruling, variance, exemption or other authorization required under applicable Environmental Laws.
