Change Request Impact Assessment definition

Change Request Impact Assessment means the assessment made in accordance with the procedure at with Part 2 of Schedule 4 (Change Procedure);
Change Request Impact Assessment means an assessment undertaken by the CONTRACTOR which sets out the risks and effects associated with the relevant Change and as set out in paragraph 5 of Schedule 24 (Change Control);
Change Request Impact Assessment means the assessment made in accordance with the procedure set out in Schedule 9. Change in Law means any change in any Applicable Law which impacts on the performance of the Services and which comes into force after the Commencement Date.

Examples of Change Request Impact Assessment in a sentence

  • Where the Parties do not reasonably believe that they will be able to provide the Change Request Impact Assessment within ten (10) Business Days, they may agree such other timeframe within which the Change Request Impact Assessment shall be completed.

  • The Parties shall complete the Change Request Impact Assessment, taking account of the business priority of the Change Request and the type of service to which it relates within ten (10) Business Days.

  • This applies to any procedural Changes that follow the full Change Management sub- processes outlined in paragraphs 5 and 6 of this Schedule including submission, recording and authorisation of a Change Request and production of a Change Request Impact Assessment.

  • Each Change Request Impact Assessment shall clearly identify the type of Change under consideration using the definitions set out at paragraph 1.2 above.

  • Where a Change does not involve an amendment to this Agreement the Change will be agreed when the representatives of the Parties as specified in Table 2 below have each given their consent to the Change by the signing of the Change Request Form and the completed Change Request Impact Assessment, or the electronic equivalents thereof.

  • Any Changes which have a financial impact on Charges addressed in the Change Request Impact Assessment must be commensurate with Open Book as set out in Annex 5, Schedule 15 (Charges).

  • Timescales for the processing of a Change and its associated Change Request Impact Assessment will vary according to the category of the Change, in accordance with Table 1 below.

Related to Change Request Impact Assessment

  • Impact Assessment has the meaning given to it in Clause 22.1.3 (Variation Procedure);

  • Data Protection Impact Assessment means an assessment by the Controller of the impact of the envisaged processing on the protection of Personal Data.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Phase I assessment as described in, and meeting the criteria of, (i) Chapter 5 of the FNMA Multifamily Guide or any successor provisions covering the same subject matter in the case of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is multifamily property or (ii) the American Society for Testing and Materials in the case of Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is not multifamily property.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • conformity assessment means the process demonstrating whether the requirements of this Regulation relating to a device have been fulfilled;

  • Risk assessment means a programme to determine any risk associated with any hazard at a construction site, in order to identify the steps needed to be taken to remove, reduce or control such hazard;

  • Environmental impact statement means a detailed written statement as required by section 102(2)(C) of the Act.

  • Independent Engineering Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders, prepared by an Independent Engineer, addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (or to be acquired by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable) which are or are to be included in the Borrowing Base, which report shall (a) specify the location, quantity, and type of the estimated Proven Reserves attributable to such Oil and Gas Properties, (b) contain a projection of the rate of production of such Oil and Gas Properties, (c) contain an estimate of the net operating revenues to be derived from the production and sale of Hydrocarbons from such Proven Reserves based on product price and cost escalation assumptions specified by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and (d) contain such other information as is customarily obtained from and provided in such reports or is otherwise reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender.

  • conformity assessment body means a body that performs conformity assessment activities including calibration, testing, certification and inspection;

  • Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.

  • Non-Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Site Assessment means an environmental assessment report for the Mortgaged Property prepared at Borrower’s expense by a qualified environmental consultant engaged by Borrower, or by Lender on behalf of Borrower, and approved by Lender, and in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Lender, based upon an investigation relating to and making appropriate inquiries to evaluate the risks associated with Mold and any existence of Hazardous Materials on or about the Mortgaged Property, and the past or present discharge, disposal, release or escape of any such substances, all consistent with the most current version of the ASTM 1527 standard (or any successor standard published by ASTM) and good customary and commercial practice.

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Urgent care request means a claim relating to an admission, availability of care, continued stay or health care service for which the covered person received emergency services but has not been discharged from a facility, or any Pre-Service Claim or concurrent care claim for medical care or treatment for which application of the time periods for making a regular external review determination:

  • Permit revision means any permit modification or administrative permit amendment.

  • Exchange Request shall have the meaning specified in Section 7(b) hereof.

  • Project Architect means the architect retained by Lessee to design and supervise construction of the Improvements.
