Channel Terms definition

Channel Terms means the terms set out in Part 2 of this Marketplace Agreement that apply to specific Channels (including, where relevant, any applicable Extra Terms);

Examples of Channel Terms in a sentence

  • A party will be allowed to cure a breach once; if a party breaches these Channel Terms for the same reason as a prior breach then the other party may terminate these Channel Terms immediately upon written notice to the breaching party.

  • Those Channel Terms are Part 2 of the Collaborative Marketplace Agreement between the New Zealand Government and you.

  • If the breaching party fails to cure the breach within such thirty-day period, the non-breaching party may terminate these Channel Terms upon written notice to the breaching party.

  • Either party may also terminate these Channel Terms immediately upon written notice to the breaching party due to the other party’s breach of the confidentiality terms.

  • This is a Subscription Form for our procurement of Consultancy and Professional Services and/or Managed Services, as defined in the Channel Terms for Consultancy and Professional Services and Managed Services (Standard) (the Channel Terms).

  • The Subscription Agreement was formed pursuant to the Channel Terms for Consultancy and Professional Services and Managed Services (Standard) which are part of the Collaborative Marketplace Agreement at xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx.xx.

  • Microsoft will provide Company no less than one-hundred and eighty (180) days’ prior notice before such changes become effective; after such time such changes to these Channel Terms will become effective without further action by the parties.

Related to Channel Terms

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Microsoft Products and Professional Services available through volume licensing. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).

  • General Terms means these terms and conditions.

  • Service Terms means the rights and restrictions for particular Services located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/serviceterms (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as may be updated by us from time to time.

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any attachment hereto entitled, in whole or in part, “Special Terms and Conditions.”

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Additional Terms means any additional terms agreed in writing amending, varying or agreeing additions to these Terms;

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply

  • Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.

  • Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Commercial Terms means this Agreement excluding the Purchase Order;

  • Special Terms means the Section of the Contract entitled “Special Terms” that contains terms specific to this Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work and contract payment terms. If there is a conflict between the General Terms for Services Contracts and the Special Terms, the Special Terms shall prevail.

  • Master Terms and Conditions (11/18) means the body of text from the preamble through the signature page of this Contract.

  • Specific Terms in relation to a Loan means the specific terms applicable to that Loan as set out in the document entitled ‘Specific Terms’ related to that Loan;

  • Data Terms Website means hxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/assetservicing/vendoragreement.pdf or any successor website the address of which is provided by the Custodian to the Fund.

  • Key Terms means, with respect to a Relevant Transaction and a party, the valuation of such Relevant Transaction and such other details the relevant party deems relevant from time to time which may include the effective date, the scheduled maturity date, any payment or settlement dates, the notional value of the contract and currency of the Relevant Transaction, the underlying instrument, the position of the counterparties, the business day convention and any relevant fixed or floating rates of the Relevant Transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, "Key Terms" does not include details of the calculations or methodologies underlying any term.

  • Support Terms means the detailed description of the applicable Support Services as specified at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corp/legal/.

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.

  • Primary Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Common Channel Signaling (“CCS”) is a method of digitally transmitting call set-up and network control data over a digital signaling network fully separate from the public switched telephone network that carries the actual call.
