Charged Securities Account definition

Charged Securities Account means the securities account in the name of FIL held with Citibank, N.A., Hong Kong Branch with account number 5064830000 over which FIL has granted Investor security pursuant to the terms of the Security Account Charge;
Charged Securities Account in relation to any Collateral Pool, has the meaning specified in the Supplemental Trust Deed relating to such Collateral Pool.
Charged Securities Account means the omnibus pledge securities account in Euroclear with the number 18026 which is linked to the Charged Custody Cash Account and GSP account number 522438;

  • PubCo Shares means the average Closing Price of the shares of PubCo in any three (3) consecutive Trading Days period (excluding any Disrupted Trading Days) immediately before the Testing Day multiplied by the number of any additional Ordinary Shares deposited to the Charged Securities Account in accordance with clauses 3.2, 6.1 and 6.2(b).

  • Securities Account is any “securities account” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.

  • Excluded Accounts means (a) payroll accounts, (b) health savings accounts, worker’s compensation accounts and other employee benefits accounts, (c) payroll withholding tax accounts and other tax (including sales tax) remittance accounts and (d) any other account that is used solely as an escrow account or as a fiduciary or trust account and not otherwise prohibited under this Agreement or any other Loan Document.

  • Deposit Account means a demand, time, savings, passbook or like account with a bank, savings and loan association, credit union or like organization, other than an account evidenced by a negotiable certificate of deposit.

  • Depository Account includes any commercial, checking, savings, time, or thrift account, or an account that is evidenced by a certificate of deposit, thrift certificate, investment certificate, certificate of indebtedness, or other similar instrument maintained by a Financial Institution in the ordinary course of a banking or similar business. A Depository Account also includes an amount held by an insurance company pursuant to a guaranteed investment contract or similar agreement to pay or credit interest thereon.
