Charging Services definition

Charging Services means a bundle of services for the charging of electrically powered motor vehicles, the content of which is described in more detail in Clause 4 of these Special Terms and Conditions.
Charging Services means the services further described in § 2 (1).
Charging Services the services to be provided to the Customer by Eneco in connection with the use of Charging Points by the Charging Card Holder. The Charging Services can comprise the following services: a) issuing a Charging Card in order to be able to charge the Electric Vehicle, b) the use of the Customer Service, c) the use of the Website, with access to a personal web page where all Charging Transactions can be viewed, d) the use of the Eneco digital application (app), which shows the availability of Charging Points. Charging Service Provider: the party from whom the Charging Card Holder purchases Charging Services. Charging Point Operator: a company, either Eneco or a Collaborating Charging Point Operator, that manages a Charging Point. Charging Costs: the financial settlement of the Charging Transactions with the Customer at the applicable Tariffs. Charging Card: the Eneco card or the card of a Fuel Card Provider which is made available to the Charging Card Holder pursuant to the Agreement between the Customer and Eneco and which is required in order to obtain access to and use the Charging Point. The Charging Card can also be issued in the form of a key-ring tag. Charging Card Holder: the natural person to whom the Charging Card is made available. If the Customer uses the Charging Card himself/herself then the Customer is also the Charging Card Holder. Charging Point: a Product with which an Electric Vehicle can be charged and whereby a system of personal identification and security can be used and which may be publicly accessible. Charging Points can be distinguished in Eneco Charging Points, Non- Eneco Charging Points and Rapid Chargers. Charging Transaction: the electricity loaded at a Charging Point by the Charging Card Holder within a specific period of time. Lease Company: the legal entity with which the Customer has entered into a Lease Agreement with regard to making the Electric Vehicle available to the Leased Vehicle Driver.
