Chief Nursing Executive means the senior nurse employed by the Hospital who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for nursing services provided in the Hospital;
CFO means an individual who acted as chief financial officer of the Company, or acted in a similar capacity, for any part of the most recently completed financial year;
Chief Probation Officer (i.e., CUSPO) means the individual appointed by the United States District Court to supervise the work of the court’s probation staff. For the purpose of the contract, the “Chief Probation Officer” acts as the contract administrator on behalf of the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
Chief Medical Officer means the chief medical officer under
Chief Operating Officer means the Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation.
COO means Chief Operating Officer;
Scope of employment means performance by an employee acting in good faith within the duties of the employee’s office or employment or of tasks lawfully assigned by a competent authority including the operation or use of an agency vehicle or equipment with actual or implied consent of the supervisor of the employee, but shall not include corruption or fraud;
Medical director means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A who shall be responsible for overall medical direction of the service program and who has completed a medical director workshop, sponsored by the department, within one year of assuming duties.
Executive means the individual named in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
President means the President of the Corporation.

Executive Officer means, with respect to any corporation, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, Executive Vice President, any Vice President, the Secretary or the Treasurer of such corporation; and with respect to any partnership, any general partner xxxxxxx.
Period of Employment shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Provision of notice that the Period of Employment shall not be extended or further extended, as the case may be, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute “Good Reason” for purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.
Named Executive Officer or “NEO” means each of the following individuals:
Chief Compliance Officer means the individual appointed by the Board as BSEF’s chief compliance officer in accordance with the Operating Agreement, with the duties and responsibilities as may be prescribed by the Board from time to time as set forth in Rule 208.
Chief means Chief Agri/Industrial, a division of Chief Industries, Inc.
Chief Officer means the Chief Health Systems Officer of the Division or designee.
Chief information officer or "CIO" means the Chief Information Officer appointed pursuant to
CCLS Chief means the manager, or successor, of Central Contracts and Legal Services or successor section or office.
the Executive means the Health and Safety Executive;
Chief Procurement Officer abbreviated as "CPO" means the chief executive of the City's Department of Procurement Services ("DPS"), and any representative duly authorized in writing to act on the Chief Procurement Officer's behalf.
CEO means the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Nurse-midwife means a registered nurse who has graduated from a program of study designed to prepare registered nurses for advanced practice as nurse-midwives.
Chief Executive means the chief officer of the Trust.
Place of employment means an enclosed area under the control of a public or private employer that employees normally frequent during the course of employment, including, but not limited to, work areas, private offices, employee lounges, restrooms, conference rooms, meeting rooms, classrooms, employee cafeterias, hallways, and vehicles. A private residence is not a "place of employment" unless it is used as a child care, adult day care, or health care facility;
