Chief of Department definition

Chief of Department means the member of the Medical/Professional Staff appointed by the Board to be responsible for the professional standards of the Medical/Professional Staff, and the quality of care rendered by members of his/her department at the Hospital;
Chief of Department means a member of the Credentialed Staff appointed by the Board to be responsible for the professional standards and quality of care rendered by the members of that Department at the Hospital;
Chief of Department means the Professional Staff member appointed by the Board to serve as such in accordance with this By-law;
