Child advocate definition

Child advocate means the administrative head of the office of the child advocate.

Child advocate means a person specializing in the field of child advocacy, who demonstrates his or her education and/or experience in that field to the satisfaction of the Division, but is limited to such persons who have had direct involvement in permanency planning for the child.
