Child care centers definition

Child care centers means programs that operate 30 or more hours per week.
Child care centers for purposes of this Order, shall mean any facility defined as a child care center pursuant to N.J.S.A. 30:5B-3. Nothing in this Order shall affect such child care centers’ obligations under N.J.S.A. 30:B-1, et seq.
Child care centers means either full-day or half-day childcare that regularly provides services for any part of a day, but less than 24 hours.
