Child with a developmental delay definition

Child with a developmental delay means a child with a developmental delay as defined in RSA-186-C:2 I-a who:
Child with a developmental delay means: a person less than five years of age with delayed
Child with a developmental delay means: a person less than five years of age with delayed development or who is at risk of having a developmental disability as set forth at 2 CCR 503-1 Section 16.120, or as amended.
