Ground Lessor means, as to any Site, the “lessor,” “sublessor,” “landlord,” “licensor,” “sublicensor” or similar Person under the related Ground Lease.
Truck lessor means a person who holds the legal title to any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer
Sub-Lessee means a lease/license by a Lessee of part or all of leased space to another person.
Franchisor means a person who grants a franchise or master franchise, or an affiliate of such a person. Franchisor includes a subfranchisor with regard to its relationship with a franchisee, unless stated otherwise in this section.
Ground Lessee means the Owner Lessor as lessee of the Ground Interest under the Facility Site Lease.
Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.
Landowner means any person holding fee title, an easement or other interest in property, which allows the person to undertake cropping, livestock management, land disturbing construction activity or maintenance of storm water BMPs on the property.
AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.
Sublessor means one who conveys real property by sublease."
Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).
and Lessor s agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees, and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the Building, as Lessor may reasonably deem necessary. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or Building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last one hundred eighty (180) days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. All such activities of Lessor shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee.
Franchisee means a person to whom a franchise is granted. Franchisee includes the following:
Subfranchisor means a person who is granted a master franchise.
Lessor means a person who transfers the right to possession and use of goods under a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublessor.
Owner/Operator means a requirement applies to the owner and/or operator of a TRU or TRU gen set, as determined by agreement or contract between the parties if the two are separate business entities.
Multimodal transport operator means the person on whose behalf the bill of lading/multimodal transport document, or any other document evidencing a contract of multimodal carriage of goods, is issued and who is responsible for the carriage of goods pursuant to the contract of carriage.
Charterer means a person, firm, corporation, association, partnership, or other legal entity who contracts for the transportation of passengers and baggage, or goods and/or property from a specified origin to a specified destination, for a particular itinerary, agreed upon in advance.
Secure transporter means a licensee that is a commercial entity located in this state that stores marihuana and transports marihuana between marihuana facilities for a fee.
AAEC means "Appreciable Adverse Effect on Competition" as per Competition Act
The Vendor means the person, firm, company or organization on whom the Purchase Order is placed and shall be deemed to include the vendor’s successors, representative heirs, executors and administrator as the case may be. It may also be referred to as Seller, Contractor or Supplier.
Design-build entity means a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, or other legal entity that is able to provide appropriately licensed contracting, architectural, and engineering services as needed pursuant to a design-build contract.
Landlord Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form provided by Lender to Borrower or such other form as Lender may agree to accept.
The Owner/Company/BPCL means the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, incorporated in India having its registered office at 4 & 6, Currimbhoy Road, Ballard Estate, Mumbai - 400 038 or their successors or assigns
Existing Manager means THR Property Management L.P.
Sublandlord means the holder of sublandlord’s interest under this Sublease. In the event of any assignment or transfer of the Sublandlord’s interest under this Sublease, which assignment or transfer may occur at any time during the Term in Sublandlord’s sole discretion, Sublandlord shall be and hereby is entirely relieved of all covenants and obligations of Sublandlord hereunder accruing subsequent to the date of the transfer and it shall be deemed and construed, without further agreement between the parties hereto, that any transferee has assumed and shall carry out all covenants and obligations thereafter to be performed by Sublandlord hereunder. Sublandlord may transfer and deliver the then existing Letter of Credit to the transferee of Sublandlord’s interest under this Sublease, and thereupon Sublandlord shall be discharged from any further liability with respect thereto. In addition, Sublandlord shall comply with all of its obligations as “Tenant” under the Master Lease except to the extent that any such obligation is the obligation of Subtenant pursuant to the terms of this Sublease. Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Sublease, the liability of Subtenant to Sublandlord for any default in Subtenant’s obligations under this Sublease shall be limited to actual, direct damages, and under no circumstances shall Sublandlord, its partners, members, shareholders, directors, agents, officers, employees, contractors, sublessees, successors and/or assigns be entitled to recover from Subtenant (or otherwise be indemnified by Subtenant) for lost revenues, lost profit or other consequential, special or punitive damages arising in connection with this Sublease for any reason, except for any breach by Subtenant under Section 32 of the Master Lease. Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Sublease, no personal liability shall at any time be asserted or enforceable against Subtenant’s shareholders, directors, officers, or partners on account of any of Subtenant’s obligations or actions under this Sublease.
