Chinese Physician definition

Chinese Physician means a person engaging in the practice of traditional Chinese medicine and/or acupuncture (including herbalist, bonesetter or chiropractor), who is duly licensed or registered to do so according to the laws and regulations applicable in the geographical area of his/her practice. The Chinese Physician cannot be You, Your business partner or agent, Your employer or employee, Your Travel Companion or a person related to You by blood, marriage or adoption.
Chinese Physician means a person (other than an Insured Person or a member of the Insured Person’s Immediate Family) engaging in the practice of traditional Chinese medicine and / or acupuncture (including a herbalist, bonesetter or chiropractor), who is duly licensed or registered to do so according to the laws and regulations applicable in the geographical area of his / her practice.
Chinese Physician means a person qualified by a medical degree/certification and duly licensed or registered to practice Chinese medicine in the geographical area of his practice, and who in rendering such services is practicing within the scope of his licensing and training but excluding a Chinese Physician who is You or Your spouse, Your relative or Your employee.

  • The maximum amount We will pay for treatment by Chinese Physician and Chiropractor is S$500 per person per Trip 2.

  • If an Insured Person sustains Injury (other than fracture) due to an Accident which requires treatment by a licensed Chinese Physician or licensed Chiropractor, We will reimburse the reasonable and customary medical expenses incurred up to the limit specified in the Schedule.

  • Chinese Physician, Chiropractor and Physiotherapist Expenses We shall reimburse the Medical Expenses incurred reasonably and necessarily on treatment by a registered Chinese Physician arising from Bodily Injury up to the benefit limit applicable to the selected plan as specified in the Schedule of Benefits for each and every Accident, excluding the first S$50 per visit.

  • The maximum amount payable for Treatment by a Chinese Physician, Physiotherapist or Chiropractor is S$500 per Insured per Accident.

  • We shall pay the Medical Expenses incurred, up to the limit applicable as specified in the Certificate of Insurance for any one Accident, for the treatment by a Chinese Physician if the Insured Person shall sustain Bodily Injury as a result of an Accident during the Policy Period and receives treatment by a Chinese Physician within twelve (12) calendar months of the Accident, provided that the first such expenses is incurred by the Insured Person within four (4) weeks of the Accident.


More Definitions of Chinese Physician

Chinese Physician means a person who is qualified as a Traditional Chinese medicine practitioner (includes herbalist, acupuncturist and bonesetter), who is duly licensed and/or registered with the relevant regulatory board or council to practice and to render such treatments, within the scope of his/her licensing and training in the geographical area of practice other than the Insured Person or the immediate family or relatives or the business partners or employers or employees.
Chinese Physician means a legally licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner (including a Chinese acupuncturist or bonesetter) duly registered and practising within the scope of his license pursuant to the laws of the country in which such practice is maintained. Chinese Physician shall not include You or Your relatives unless otherwise approved by Us in writing.
Chinese Physician means a registered herbalist, acupuncturist and bone setter duly licensed under any applicable laws. You should not be the attending chinese physician nor your spouse or your business partner or your employer or employee or your agent or a person booked to accompany you on the trip or a person who is related to you in any way.
Chinese Physician means a person (which may include a herbalist, acupuncturist or bonesetter) legally licensed or registered to practise Chinese medicine, who is practising within the scope and geographical area of his licensing. This person cannot be You, the Insured Person or the spouse, relative or employee of the Insured Person.
