CHS Fees definition

CHS Fees means the fees payable to CHS for its performance of managed care organization ("MCO") services on behalf of CHS Employers; and (B) a "CHS Employer" is any employer which receives MCO services from CHS.
CHS Fees means the fees payable to CHS under the agreement dated as of February 12, 1997, between the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (the "Bureau") and CHS (as such agreement may be hereafter amended, modified, renewed, extended, supplemented, or replaced), pursuant to which CHS has agreed to provide medical management services for workers' compensation claims on behalf of employers who have either selected CHS as their MCO or been assigned to CHS by the Bureau; and (B) a "CHS Employer" is any individual or entity (including a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or business trust) who has selected CHS as its MCO.
CHS Fees means the performance, incentive, and administrative fees payable to CHS under the agreement dated as of February 12, 1997, and the Addendum thereto dated February 2, 1998, between the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (the "Bureau") and CHS (as such agreement may be further amended, modified, renewed, extended, supplemented, or replaced), pursuant to which CHS has agreed to provide medical management services for workers' compensation claims on behalf of employers who have either selected CHS as their MCO or been assigned to CHS by the Bureau; and (B) a "CHS Employer" is any individual or entity (including a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or business trust) who has selected CHS as its MCO.

Examples of CHS Fees in a sentence

  • The Company shall pay to the Employee sales commissions on the CHS Fees (as defined below) generated by the sales efforts of the Employee (the "CHS Sales Commissions") as set forth in this section.

  • In any event, neither CMI nor CHS shall be obligated to pay such commissions unless and until the corresponding CMI Fees or CHS Fees, as the case may be, are received by CMI or CHS, respectively.

  • The Company shall pay to the Employee sales commissions on the CHS Fees (as defined below) generated by the sales efforts of the Employee (the "CHS Sales Commissions") in an amount up to 25% of the amount (subject to allocation as described in subsection (d), below) of the CHS Fees for the first year of business from a CHS Employer, which CHS Fees were generated by the sales efforts of the Employee.

  • The parties will determine, among other things, the extent to which bonuses from the Bureau (as defined below) will be included in CHS Fees for the first year of business from a CHS Employer.

  • Beginning as of the second quarter of the 1998 Calendar Year and continuing thereafter, the CHS Sales Commissions shall be in an amount up to 25% of the amount (subject to allocation as described in (d), below) of the CHS Fees for the first year of business from a CHS Employer, which CHS Fees were generated by the sales efforts of the Employee.

  • For the 1997 Calendar Year (as defined below), the CHS Sales Commissions shall be $638,918, which represents approximately 5.9% of the 1997 CHS Fees.

Related to CHS Fees

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Tax Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees charged by the Trustee for services provided as the trustee and paying agent under the Indenture.

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Transaction Fees means fees paid or payable by the Service Recipients, which are on market terms, with respect to financial advisory services ordinarily carried out by investment banks in the context of mergers and acquisitions transactions.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • Acquisition Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.01 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Property or other Permitted Investment or the purchase, development or construction of any Property by the Company. Included in the computation of such fees or commissions shall be any real estate commission, selection fee, Development Fee, Construction Fee, nonrecurring management fee, loan fees or points or any fee of a similar nature, however designated. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to Persons not Affiliated with the Advisor in connection with the actual development and construction of a Property.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Legal Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(b) of the Subscription Agreement;

  • Agent's Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.5(c).

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Advisory Fees means financial advisory fees, closing fees, transaction fees, monitoring fees, oversight fees and similar fees, expenses and indemnities payable by the Loan Parties pursuant to the Advisory Agreement, but in the case of any such fees not to exceed the amounts payable in respect thereof under the Advisory Agreement as in effect on the Closing Date.

  • Upfront Fees means, with respect to any Receivable, the sum of any fees charged by Holdings or the Receivables Account Bank, as the case may be, to a Receivables Obligor in connection with the disbursement of a loan, as set forth in the Receivables Agreement related to such Receivable, which are deducted from the initial amount disbursed to such Receivables Obligor, including the “Origination Fee” set forth on the applicable Receivable Agreement.

  • Origination Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.02 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Loan by the Company.

  • License Fees means all non-refundable fees payable by Licensee to OT with respect to the granting of Software Licenses; “License Model” means the description of the conditions, limitations and restrictions associated with the Software License which govern the use of the Software, as set out in the applicable License Model Schedule;

  • Sponsor Termination Fees means the one-time payment under the Sponsor Management Agreement of a termination fee to one or more of the Sponsors in the event of either a Change of Control or the completion of a Qualifying IPO.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Unpaid Transaction Expenses has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(c).

  • Other Fees means amounts owed by the Borrower hereunder pursuant to Sections 2.09, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 8.01 and 10.10.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.
