Examples of C&I Services in a sentence

  • In each Statement of Work, we will designate our primary point of contact for you for all matters relating to the applicable C&I Services (which we may change from time to time upon notice).

  • You may submit written requests to us to change the scope of C&I Services described in a Statement of Work (each such request, a “Change Order Request”).

  • As your sole and exclusive remedy and our entire liability for any breach of the foregoing warranty, we will, at our option and expense, promptly re-perform any C&I Services that fail to meet this warranty or refund to you the fees paid for the non-conforming C&I Services.

  • We will perform the C&I Services for you that are set forth in the applicable Statements of Work.

  • We will have no rights in or to any Customer Materials, however you grant us the right to use Customer Materials in order to provide the C&I Services.

  • We will not be liable for any delay or deficiency in performing the C&I Services if you do not provide the necessary Cooperation.

  • The Personnel we assign to perform the C&I Services will be qualified, skilled, experienced and otherwise fit for the performance of the C&I Services.

  • Unless otherwise expressly stated in a Statement of Work, all prepaid C&I Services must be redeemed within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase/invoice.

  • This warranty will be in effect for a period of thirty (30) days from the completion of any C&I Services.

  • If we elect to consider a Change Order Request, then we will promptly notify you if we believe that the Change Order Request requires an adjustment to the fees or to the schedule for the performance of the C&I Services.

Related to C&I Services

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Services plan means a written statement that describes the special education and related services the school district will provide to a parentally-placed child with a disability enrolled in a private school located in the district, including the location of the services and any transportation necessary, consistent with 34 CFR §§ 300.132, 300.137-139.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
