CID Administrative Fee definition

CID Administrative Fee means an amount equal to the greater of $5,000 or 1% of the CID Sales Tax proceeds deposited into the CID Sales Tax Fund hereunder from time to time during the Term.
CID Administrative Fee means an amount equal to two percent (2%) of the CID Sales Tax revenues deposited in the CID Sales Tax Fund during each year of the Term.
CID Administrative Fee means an amount equal to one percent (1%) of the Project Area 3 CID Sales Tax paid by Developer to the UG as set forth in Section 3.5(e).

  • Notice and Administration Costs means the costs, fees, and expenses that are incurred by the Claims Administrator and/or Lead Counsel in connection with: (i) providing notices to the Settlement Class; and (ii) administering the Settlement, including but not limited to the Claims process, as well as the costs, fees, and expenses incurred in connection with the Escrow Account.

  • Settlement Administration Costs means all costs and fees of the Settlement Administrator regarding Notice and Settlement administration.

In the event that the amount referred to in clause (B) exceeds the amount referred to in clause (A), the relevant Purchaser or Purchasers agree to pay to Seller the amount of such excess. All Broken Funding Costs shall be due and payable hereunder upon demand.

  • Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.

  • Administrative Purchase Payment means, with respect to a Payment Date and to an Administrative Receivable purchased by the Seller or the Servicer as of the end of the related Collection Period, the sum of (a) the unpaid principal balance owed by the related Obligor in respect of such Receivable and (b) interest on such unpaid principal balance at a rate equal to the APR of the related Receivable from the date of last payment by such Obligor to the last day of such Collection Period.

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges paid or required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) principal payments made or required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations but including, without limitation, Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
