CID Administrative Fee definition
CID Administrative Fee means an amount equal to the greater of $5,000 or 1% of the CID Sales Tax proceeds deposited into the CID Sales Tax Fund hereunder from time to time during the Term.
CID Administrative Fee means the annual administrative fee for the CID Fund, as described in Section 4.4(d).
