Cinemark Theatre Access Attendance Fee definition

Cinemark Theatre Access Attendance Fee means the product of (i) the Theatre Access Fee per Patron and (ii) Cinemark Attendance for the applicable fiscal month.

Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to any Person not affiliated with the Sponsor in connection with the actual development and construction of a project.
