Deep poverty pocket means a population census tract having a
License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.
Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.
Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.
Franchise Fee means a direct or indirect payment to purchase or operate a franchise. Franchise fee does not include any of the following:
Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated and payable quarterly in arrears, in an amount equal to one-fourth of 1.50% of the Company’s Equity.
Permitted Special Servicer/Affiliate Fees Any commercially reasonable treasury management fees, banking fees, title insurance and/or other insurance commissions and fees, title agency fees, and appraisal review fees received or retained by the Special Servicer or any of its Affiliates in connection with any services performed by such party with respect to any Serviced Loan or REO Property, in each case, in accordance with Article III of this Agreement.
Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;
Membership Fee means the membership fee which the Core Member (or, in case of juvenile, through his or her legal parent or legal guardian) shall remit to the Company for enrollment of the Membership, which is to be discussed more particularly in detail under Clause 5.1.
Parent Termination Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(b).
referral fee means any form of compensation, direct or indirect, paid for the referral of a client to or from a registrant.
Membership Fees means the fees established pursuant to the By-Laws of the Union as the fees payable by the members of the Bargaining Unit, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or any other levy.
Disclosable Special Servicer Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan or related REO Property, any compensation and other remuneration (including, without limitation, in the form of commissions, brokerage fees and rebates) received or retained by the Special Servicer or any of its Affiliates that is paid by any Person (including, without limitation, the Trust, any Mortgagor, any Manager, any guarantor or indemnitor in respect of a Serviced Loan and any purchaser of any Serviced Loan or REO Property (or an interest in an REO Property related to a Serviced Loan Combination, if applicable) in connection with the disposition, workout or foreclosure of any Serviced Loan, the management or disposition of any REO Property, and the performance by the Special Servicer or any such Affiliate of any other special servicing duties under this Agreement, other than (1) any compensation which is payable to the Special Servicer under this Agreement and that is set forth in a report that is part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) for the applicable period, and (2) any Permitted Special Servicer/Affiliate Fees. For the avoidance of doubt, any compensation or other remuneration that an entity acting in the capacities of both the Master Servicer and Special Servicer is entitled to in its capacity as Master Servicer pursuant to this Agreement will not constitute Disclosable Special Servicer Fees.
Financing Coordination Fee means the fees payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 10(e).
Collateral Management Fee The fee payable to the Collateral Manager in arrears on each Payment Date pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Collateral Management Agreement and Section 11.1 hereof, comprised of (x) the Base Management Fee and (y) the Subordinated Management Fee.
Annual Membership Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Credit Card Agreement applicable to each Account for annual membership fees or similar terms.
Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF means a second frame that augments an existing Main Distribution Frame. Lines or outside cables that do not terminate on the IDF.
Hookup fee means a fee for the installation and inspection of any pipe, line,
SOFR Benchmark Replacement Date means the Benchmark Replacement Date with respect to the then-current Benchmark;
Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.
Asset Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.03.
Renewal Fee means the fee that Borrower must pay Coast upon renewal of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof, in the amount set forth on the Schedule.
Sponsor Termination Fees means the one-time payment under the Sponsor Management Agreement of a termination fee to one or more of the Sponsors in the event of either a Change of Control or the completion of a Qualifying IPO.
Course Fee Shall refer to the compulsory fees to be charged by the PEI on account of the Student’s undertaking of the Course and as stated in Schedule B.
Entrance fee means money paid in a lump sum or installments or property transferred pursuant to a continuing care agreement before initiation of continuing care for 1 or more individuals and that confers the right to the continuing care.
Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.
