Circuit User means, collectively, the different kind of user accounts linked to a particular customer. You are responsible for all activities of your Circuit Users and of their compliance with the Agreement and in particular their compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which is posted on the Circuit portal on your Accredited Resellers website

  • A Limited Role Guest Users does count against the number of Circuit User accounts you subscribed to.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement.   • Smart Meter means a meter which tells us how much Energy you are using without us having to visit your home and which enables you to see how much Energy you are using;

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Net Metering Net metering refers to customers who sell electricity they produce, typically through a rooftop solar panel, back to the utility for credit. If you are a net metering customer, you should not enroll with XOOM because your net metering agreement will not transfer to XOOM once you enroll.
