Citizen Complaint means a complaint made by an individual or individuals who are not sworn employees of the Division of Police, and any anonymous complaint.

Citizen Complaint means a written statement of alleged violation of the Act by a person licensed or certified by the Board and submitted to the Board office by any member of the public.

  • Adverse employment action means an action that affects an em- ployee ’s compensation, promotion, transfer, work assignment, or performance evaluation, or any other employment action that would dissuade a reasonable employee from making or supporting a report of abuse or neglect under Family Code 261.101.

  • Allegation means any written or oral statement or other indication of possible scholarly misconduct made to an institutional official.
