City Agreement definition

City Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Preamble of this City Agreement.

City Agreement means and includes, but is not limited to, a development agreement, owner participation agreement, disposition and development agreement, road maintenance agreement, easement, license, other real property use agreement, and an agreement to implement an ordinance, plan, permit, entitlement, or review approved by the City.
