City Contract Manager definition

City Contract Manager means the one or more persons authorized by the City from time to time to act on its behalf pursuant to and for purposes of this Agreement;
City Contract Manager means the City’s Public Works Director who is responsible for the administrative management of this Agreement.
City Contract Manager means the City representative specified in Section 5.8, who is the main point of contact for this Agreement.

More Definitions of City Contract Manager

City Contract Manager means the person designated by the City pursuant to Article 3.7(a)(i) of this Agreement.
