City officers definition

City officers means the elected and appointed officers of the city and includes the governing body of the city and its members.
City officers means the six council members, the mayor, the city treasurer, the city clerk, the fire chief, and the police chief. The mayor and the council members shall be elected by direct vote of the electors of the city in accordance with city and state statutes and shall be appointed by the mayor subject to confirmation by the council and shall serve at the pleasure of the council.
City officers means the officers of the City empowered to act for the City. “City Water” shall mean the water that the City provides to MillerCoors under this Agreement. All City Water shall meet or exceed all Federal, state and local drinking water regulations and standards. City Water shall be taken completely and solely from the Water Source and shall not be blended or mixed with water from the Main Basin or any other source, except for the provision of Blended Water during a Water Emergency in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
