City Park Property definition

City Park Property means, for a given Tax Year, all the Park Property which is located in the corporate limits of the City as of December 31 of the immediately preceding calendar year. By way of example only, the City Park Property for Tax Year 2024 will be determined based upon the Park Property located within the City as of December 31, 2023.
City Park Property means the property identified as park property on the Site Plan attached as
City Park Property means that portion of Des Moines Creek Park depicted in Exhibit A as wetland mitigation areas legally described in the Wetland Mitigation Maintenance Agreement referred to as Exhibit G.
