Year 2024. If a local salary settlement is not reached, the salaries will be increased by a general increase of 2.6% on 1 May 2024 or at the beginning of the pay period starting after it. In addition, a company or workplace-specific item equal to 0.9% of the sum of the personal hourly or monthly salaries paid in March 2024 to the senior salaried employees covered by the collective agreement will also be used to increase the salaries of the senior salaried employees in the manner decided by the employer, from the beginning of the pay period starting on 1 May 2024 or the closest thereafter.

Year 2024. 1. The receiving party has the right to obtain N1 KNDI shares, provided that the net profit A1 for the Crossover Project exceeds RMB 50 million yuan during the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023; The receiving party is entitled to obtain half of the remaining of total shares, namely,(5957811-N1)÷2 KNDI shares, provided that the Crossover Project achieves a net profit of (15000-A1)÷2 during the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 and after the above value is reviewed and confirmed by the auditor designated by the granting party. The receiving party has the right to obtain N2 KNDI shares(n2=A2/(15000-A1)*(5957811-N1)), provided that the Crossover Project achieves a net profit of A2 that more than(15000-A)÷2 ten thousand yuan in 2014. However, the maximum number of KNDI shares that the receiving party is entitled to obtain in 2024 shall not exceed 5957811-N1 shares.
Year 2024. The employees' hourly and monthly wages (salary according to requirements + personal salary component without professional qualification supplement) will be increased from 01/06/2024 or the beginning of the salary payment period closest to it, with a general increase of 2.0% and a company-specific instalment of 0.5%, which is calculated based on the March 2024 hourly rate of the employees covered by the agreement and monthly salaries, unless another local salary solution has been agreed with the shop xxxxxxx by 15/05/2024. However, it is not possible to to agree locally that there will be no pay increases at all. The company-specific item is intended to be used for personal salary component inspections. The company-specific batch cannot be allocated to section 37.2. to revisions compliant with the section if the five-year duration condition of the employee's employment relationship is met during June 2024. The employer must not distribute the item on discriminatory or inappropriate grounds. The employer is to distribute the company-specific item using the salary system’s competence assessment criteria. Before distributing the item, the assessment system, amount of the item, and its grounds for distribution are determined with the chief shop xxxxxxx. If the chief shop xxxxxxx is able to indicate failure of the system in a justified manner, the item shall be distributed as a general percentage-based increase. Individual anomalies in applying the system do not indicate its failure. If a chief shop xxxxxxx has not been selected, the employer shall comprehensively review the assessment system, the amount of the item, and its grounds for distribution with the group of personnel.
