City Poles definition

City Poles means City owned poles such as street light poles, Utility poles, decorative or signage poles or other structures owned and operated by the City. City Poles do not mean or include poles or other structures owned by a City contractor or poles or infrastructure owned by a Utility.
City Poles means City-owned or controlled streetlights or other poles located within the ROW. In no event shall “City Poles” include poles located at signalized intersections or which include or contain traffic signal system operation and control equipment. <COMPANY> shall not attach <COMPANY> Facilities to a Light Pole without a fully executed Site License Addendum.
City Poles has the same meaning as set forth in BCC 6.02.020, as adopted or hereinafter amended.

Examples of City Poles in a sentence

  • Any work on Licensee’s Equipment installed on City Poles that is authorized or permitted under this Subsection is subject to Licensee obtaining any required Regulatory Approvals.

  • This Master License applies only to City Poles identified in final, fully executed Pole Licenses.

  • The parties understand and agree that this Master License governs fully their rights and obligations in the event of damage or destruction of City Poles, and, to the extent applicable, Licensee and the City each hereby waives and releases the provisions of section 1932, subdivision 2, and section 1933, subdivision 4, of the Civil Code of California (when hirer may terminate the hiring) or under any similar Laws.

  • If Licensee fails to obtain or loses Regulatory Approvals for the Permitted Use with respect to a majority of the City Poles subject to Pole Licenses for reasons other than its failure to comply with the conditions of this Master License or Regulatory Approvals and in spite of reasonable efforts by Licensee to obtain or maintain its Regulatory Approvals, Licensee may terminate this Master License at any time on 90 days’ prior notice to the City.

  • Licensee acknowledges that as of the Effective Date of this Master License, the City has not approved or promised to approve any plans, specifications, or permits necessary for Licensee to install Equipment on any City Poles.

  • In addition, if Licensee wishes to replace the City Pole with a different Pole Location, the City will give priority to Licensee’s Pole License applications for an equal portion of replacement City Poles, but the grant of priority will not affect Licensee’s obligations under this Master License, including the requirement to obtain all Regulatory Approvals for the replacement City Poles.

  • Licensee expressly agrees that these minimum requirements are an exercise of the City’s proprietary interests as the owner of the City Poles and are not an exercise of the City’s regulatory authority.

  • The City will specify the amount of time Licensee will have to remove its Equipment from any affected City Pole, which will be at least 30 days after the date of the City’s notice for up to 50 City Poles and an additional 30 days for more than 50 City Poles.

  • The initial and annual Master Plans shall be based on Licensee’s best information reasonably available at that time with respect to the proposed use of City Poles for the upcoming calendar year.


More Definitions of City Poles

City Poles means City-owned poles, such as street light poles or traffic light poles, street furniture, and similar assets owned by the City and located in the Public Rights-of-Way.
City Poles means certain poles owned and operated by the City in public right-of-way and public utility easements adjacent to the right-of—way and approved for Company’s Site Equipment as further described on Exhibit A. The term “City Poles” does not include real property owned by City or the fixtures located thereon or improvements there to, including but not limited to, buildings, water towers and parks. “Government Approvals” includes all federal (e.g. FCC and FAA requirements), state and local permits and approvals, including the Master Permit and compliance with the Redmond Municipal Code (RMC) and Xxxxxxx Zoning Code (RZC).

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Utility pole means a pole that provides:

  • Lobby means a covered space in which all the adjoining rooms open;

  • School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.

  • City Manager means the City Manager of the City.

  • Directory means the Directory of Certified "Minority Business Enterprises" and "Women Business Enterprises" maintained and published by the City of Chicago. The Directory identifies firms that have been certified as MBEs and WBEs, and includes both the date of their last certification and the area of specialty in which they have been certified. Contractors are responsible for verifying the current certification status of all proposed MBE, and WBE firms.

  • Freeboard means a factor of safety usually expressed in feet above a flood level for purposes of floodplain management. "Freeboard" tends to compensate for the many unknown factors that could contribute to flood heights greater than the height calculated for a selected size flood and floodway conditions, such as wave action, blockage of bridge or culvert openings, and the hydrological effect of urbanization of the watershed.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;
