Civil Rights Coordinator definition

Civil Rights Coordinator means the individual designated by the District to coordinate the District’s compliance with applicable civil rights laws, including, but not limited to, Titles VI, VII, and IX of the Civil Rights Act, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, or the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
