Claim schedule definition

Claim schedule means a schedule of payment requests prepared and submitted by a state agency to the Controller for payment to the named claimant.
Claim schedule means the schedule of information relating to the sale of the Claim from the Seller to the Discounter, and to which these Terms and Conditions are attached, as amended and/or replaced from time to time including any Additional Claim Schedule;
