Claim Settlement Check definition

Claim Settlement Check means the check containing the Claim Settlement Payment for each Settlement Class Member who submits a valid and timely Claim.
Claim Settlement Check means the check containing the Claim Settlement Payment for each Settlement Class Member who does not timely exclude himself or herself from the Class or object to the Agreement.

Related to Claim Settlement Check

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Section 3.3 of the Operating Agreement.

  • Energy Settlement Area means the bus or distribution of busses that represents the physical location of Network Load and by which the obligations of the Network Customer to PJM are settled.
