  • Any party failing to submit a Cure Claim by the Cure Claim Submission Deadline shall be forever barred from asserting, collecting, or seeking to collect any amounts relating thereto against the Debtors or Reorganized Debtors.

  • The Debtors shall have thirty (30) days from the Cure Claim Submission Deadline or the date a Cure Claim is actually filed, whichever is later, to file an objection to the Cure Claim.
