Claims Litigation definition

Claims Litigation means the litigation which resulted in the execution of the Agreement Settling EMEA Canadian Claims and the Agreement Settling US Claims;
Claims Litigation means any and all litigation or proceedings arising out of objections to Claims asserted against the Estate(s), or affirmative counterclaims or requests for setoff or recoupment that are raised with regard to Claims asserted against the Estate(s).

  • Pending Litigation means a proceeding in a court of law whose activity is in progress but not yet completed.

  • Claims Bar Date means the applicable bar date by which Proofs of Claim must be Filed, as established by: (a) the Bar Date Order; (b) a Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court; or (c) the Plan.

  • Released Defendants’ Claims means all claims and causes of action of every nature and description, whether known claims or Unknown Claims, whether arising under federal, state, common or foreign law, that arise out of or relate in any way to the institution, prosecution, or settlement of the claims asserted in the Action against Defendants. Released Defendants’ Claims do not include: (i) any claims relating to the enforcement of the Settlement;
