Claims Package definition

Claims Package means the document package which shall be disseminated by the Monitor to any potential Claimant in accordance with the terms of this Order and shall consist of a copy of this Order (without schedules) and such other materials as the Monitor, in consultation with the Petitioners, may consider appropriate;
Claims Package means the document package which shall include a Proof of Claim and such other materials as the Receiver considers necessary or appropriate;
Claims Package means, with respect to any particular Enrolled Program Claimant, all of the following in relation to such Enrolled Program Claimant’s Product User: the Claims Form, all Supplementary Claims Forms, all Required PME Records, all Additional Claims Information requested by the Claims Administrator, all Profile Forms and any such other PME Records as such Enrolled Program Claimant in its discretion may submit.

More Definitions of Claims Package

Claims Package means a package including the applicable Receiver’s Claim, the Notice to Subject Members, the Instruction Letter, a blank form of Notice of Dispute, and any other documentation the Receiver may deem appropriate;
Claims Package means the Proof of Claim form, the Notice to Claimants, the Instruction Letter, and any other documentation the Applicants, in consultation with the Monitor, may deem appropriate;
Claims Package means copies of this Order, a form of Proof of Claim, the Instruction Letter substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule “A” and such other instructional or other materials as the Receiver considers necessary or appropriate;
Claims Package means the document package to be posted on the Monitor’s Website which shall include a copy of the Claims Process Order, the Notice to Creditors and a Proof of Claim and related instruction letter.
Claims Package means the document package which shall include copies of: (i) the Claims Process Instruction Letter; and (ii) a blank Proof of Claim form;
Claims Package means the materials to be provided by the Receiver to Persons that may have a Claim as evidenced by the books and records of the Company, which materials shall include the Notice to Creditor and attached blank Proof of Claim Form with a Proof of Claim instruction letter, and such other materials as the Receiver may consider appropriate or desirable;
Claims Package means a completed Claim Form with all requisite supporting information and documentation.
