Class 1 Error definition

Class 1 Error is any Error that renders continued use of the Software either impossible or seriously impractical and either interrupts production by Customer or makes continued production substantially costly to Customer.
Class 1 Error means any error that renders the Software unusable for its intended purpose.
Class 1 Error is any Error that renders continued use of the Services either impossible or substantially interrupts the use of the Services or normal business operations of Intersections.

  • Upon detecting or being notified of a Class 1 Error, SunGard shall immediately assemble the appropriate personnel to analyze the problem, identify potential solutions and determine the best plan of action.
