Class A-2 Certificate Rate definition

Class A-2 Certificate Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date and the Class A-2 Certificates,_____________% per annum.
Class A-2 Certificate Rate. On any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the lesser of (a) one-month LIBOR plus [____]%, or one-month LIBOR plus [____]% following the Optional Termination Date, and (b) the Class A-2 Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.
Class A-2 Certificate Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, a fixed per annum rate equal to 6.15%.

Class A-2 Certificate Rate. 6.10% per annum.
