Class A-2 Available Funds Cap Rate. For any Payment Date, a per annum rate equal to the product of (1) the excess of (A) a fraction, expressed as a percentage, equal to (i) the product of (a) the mortgage interest due with respect to the Mortgage Loans in Group II for that Payment Date, less the Note Insurer Premium and Servicing Fees allocated to Group II and (b) 12, divided by (ii) the Principal Balance of the Class A-2 Notes as of the first day of the related Accrual Period, over (B) 0.25% and (2) a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the number of days in the related Accrual Period.
