Class A-2 Invested Amount definition

Class A-2 Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to the Class A-2 Outstanding Principal Amount plus the sum of (a) the amount of any principal payments made to the Class A-2 Noteholders on or prior to such date with the proceeds of a demand on the Surety Bond and (b) the amount of any principal payments made to Class A-2 Noteholders that have been rescinded or otherwise returned by the Class A-2 Noteholders for any reason.
Class A-2 Invested Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class A-2 Initial Invested Amount minus (b) the amount of principal payments made to Class A-2 Investor Noteholders on or prior to such date.
Class A-2 Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to (a) the Class A-2 Initial Invested Amount minus (b) the amount of principal payments made to Class A-2 Noteholders on or prior to such date.

Examples of Class A-2 Invested Amount in a sentence

  • The entire Class A-1 Invested Amount and the entire Class A-2 Invested Amount shall be due and payable on the Three-Year Notes Final Distribution Date, and the entire Class A-3 Invested Amount shall be due and payable on the Class A-3 Final Distribution Date.

  • The entire Class A-1 Invested Amount shall be due and payable on the Class A-1 Final Distribution Date, and the entire Class A-2 Invested Amount shall be due and payable on the Class A-2 Final Distribution Date.

More Definitions of Class A-2 Invested Amount

Class A-2 Invested Amount means for any date an amount equal to the Class A-2 Initial Invested Amount, minus the amount, without duplication, of principal payments (except principal payments made from the Excess Funding Account) made to Class A-2 Certificateholders or deposited to the Principal Funding Account in respect of the Class A-2 Certificates prior to such date since the Series Issuance Date minus the excess, if any, of aggregate amount of Class A-2 Investor Charge-Offs for all Distribution Dates preceding such date, over the aggregate amount of any reimbursements of Class A-2 Investor Charge-Offs for all Distribution Dates preceding such date.

Class A-2 Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Class A-2 Notes at such date of determination.
