Class A Outstanding Principal Amount definition

Class A Outstanding Principal Amount means with respect to the Class A Securities, when used with respect to any Business Day, an amount equal to (a) the Class A Initial Invested Amount minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class A Securityholders on or prior to such Business Day.
Class A Outstanding Principal Amount equals the aggregate initial outstanding principal amount of the Class A Notes, minus any principal payments made to holders of the Class A Notes.

Class A Outstanding Principal Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Class A-1 Outstanding Principal Amount and the Class A-2 Outstanding Principal Amount, in each case, as of such date.
