Examples of Class A Rights in a sentence

  • Each such notice of exchange will state the method by which the exchange of the Class A Common Stock for Class A Rights and Class B Common Stock for Class B Rights will be effected and, in the event of any partial exchange, the number of Class A Rights and Class B Rights which will be exchanged.

  • Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.

  • Class A-P Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-P Certificate.

  • Class A Shares means the Class A ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class A Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.
