Class B-1 Common Stock definition

Class B-1 Common Stock means the Company’s Class B-1 Voting Common Stock, $0.01 par value per share.
Class B-1 Common Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a)(i).
Class B-1 Common Stock means the Class B-1 Common Stock to be created as a separate class of Common Stock upon the Restated Charter Effectiveness pursuant to the Restated Certificate of Incorporation.

  • The holders of shares of Class B-1 Common Stock; Class B-2 Common Stock; and Class B-3 Common Stock, shall each elect a nominating committee for their respective class (each, a “Class B Nominating Committee”).

Class B-1 Common Stock means the Class B-1 Common Stock to be created as a separate class of Common Stock following Stockholder Approval pursuant to the Restated Certificate of Incorporation.
Class B-1 Common Stock means, as applicable, (a) the Class B-1 Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of Pubco or (b) following any consolidation, merger, reclassification or other similar event involving Pubco, any shares or other securities of Pubco or any other Person that become payable in consideration for the Class B-1 Common Stock or into which the Class B-1 Common Stock is exchanged or converted as a result of such consolidation, merger, reclassification or other similar event.
Class B-1 Common Stock means the Company’s Class B-1 Common Stock.
Class B-1 Common Stock means the shares of Class B-1 common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company, and any other capital stock of the Company into which such common stock is reclassified or reconstituted or may be converted (as a result of recapitalization, share exchange or similar event) or are issued with respect to such common stock, including, without limitation, with respect to any stock split or stock dividend, or a successor security.
Class B-1 Common Stock means the Class B-1 common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Newco.
Class B-1 Common Stock means the Class B-1 Common Stock of the Company.
Class B-1 Common Stock shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
